Our therapeutic work focuses on helping your child express themselves safely, develop emotional regulation skills, and build confidence while processing difficult experiences. I emphasize strengthening family relationships and navigating developmental challenges with care and understanding. In our sessions, Both parents and children feel heard and understood, while struggles are viewed through a lens of connection rather than control. Together, we explore patterns without judgment and practice new ways of relating.

I provide comprehensive support for managing childhood challenges from emotional outbursts to temperament mismatch with caregivers. While helping children develop healthy coping strategies and emotional regulation skills,I simultaneously guide caregivers to gain the tools necessary in understanding and navigating challenges, building satisfying, attuned relationships and building a strong foundation for a lifetime of attunement with their child.
My work includes addressing separation anxiety, excessive crying, and defiant behaviors through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
