I'm Aroosha Sanchez, A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing online therapy with an eclectic approach, not a one-size-fits all, to ensure treatment is tailored to your unique needs. Specializing in evidence based trauma modalities such as EMDR, and often drawing from attachment, somatic and IFS informed approaches for individuals, families, and young children to support with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, toxic stress and the far reaching consequences of complex trauma.
